Who We Are

Cultural Nexus Group is an urban strategy practice built for the decade ahead. Cities face converging pressures, housing affordability, transit recovery and growing demands for equity, and the institutions navigating them need a strategy that reads the full picture. That is the work we do.

Founded and led by André Darmanin, the practice draws on 20 years across transit policy, housing and cultural planning in Toronto and internationally. Our lens is cultural intelligence, the discipline of understanding how people actually live and move, and using that understanding to shape decisions that stick.

We work with governments, agencies and mission-driven organizations, translating global insight into strategic impact.
